NEMT Dispatch Solutions INC ("NEMT Dispatch Solutions", "we", "us", or "our") operates dispatch-nemt.com, NEMT dispatching software, and the NEMT driver mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices available to you.

Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect:
- Contact and account information: name, email address, mobile or telephone number, company information, username, and other information you provide when contacting us, requesting a demo, or using our Services.
- Trip and dispatch information: pickup and drop-off locations, schedules, trip status, driver and vehicle assignment information, and related operational data.
- Location information: GPS or device location information used for driver tracking, routing, dispatching, and trip-related functionality when enabled and permitted.
- Electronic signatures and verification information: signatures, timestamps, and location information used to verify pickups, drop-offs, or completed trips.
- Communications: messages, support requests, demo requests, contact-form submissions, and other information you send to us.
- Technical and usage information: browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, application activity, and similar diagnostic or security information.

3. SMS Privacy and Mobile Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any data-sharing arrangements and will not be provided to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
If you voluntarily opt in to SMS communications from NEMT Dispatch Solutions INC, we may send text messages concerning inquiries, demo requests and scheduling, onboarding, account updates, service notifications, billing or dispatch services, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Opting out of SMS messages does not prevent us from communicating with you through non-SMS channels when otherwise permitted or necessary to provide requested Services.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. Except for the SMS/mobile information restrictions described above, we may disclose other information when reasonably necessary to operate the Services, including to service providers that perform functions on our behalf, to transportation companies, dispatchers, or drivers as necessary to coordinate services, or to governmental or regulatory authorities when required by law.
The disclosures in this section do not permit any third party or affiliate to use mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. Driver App Account and Data Deletion
This section applies to the NEMT Dispatch Driver mobile application (Android package: com.sava.nemtdispatch), published by NEMT Dispatch Solutions INC.
To request deletion, email admin@dispatch-nemt.com from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your registered username or driver ID so we can locate and verify the account.
Following verification, we will process deletion of account credentials, profile information, associated location history, device identifiers, and app activity data in accordance with our applicable retention obligations. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our public website.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
